EcoPaXX®는 바이오 기반의 고성능 폴리 아미드 (PA410)로 전반적으로 뛰어난 성능을 제공하면서 주로 먹이 사슬과 경쟁하지 않는 열대 피마자 원두로 만듭니다.
EcoPaXX®는 가장 까다로운 환경에서 탁월한 성능을 제공하는 장쇄 폴리 아미드 제품군에 속합니다. 여기에는 우수한 내 화학성, 낮은 수분 흡수, 매우 높은 융점 (모든 바이오 플라스틱 중 가장 높음) 및 높은 결정화 속도 (PA66 및 PA46과 같은 엔지니어링 플라스틱의 경우 일반적)가 포함됩니다.
EcoPaXX®는 일반적인 폴리 아미드 중에서 탄소 발자국이 가장 낮습니다. 이는 EcoPaXX® 생산 과정에서 배출되는 이산화탄소의 양이 식물 성장에 흡수되는 양, 특히 EcoPaXX®의 약 70 %를 구성하는 열대 피마자 식물 인 riccinus communis에 의해 상쇄되기 때문입니다. 요청시 외부 인증 수명주기 분석 (LCA) 데이터를 사용할 수 있습니다.
