Stanyl® PA46 is the first high-temperature polyamide and the only aliphatic polyamide in its class, making it an ideal choice for applications such as endlaminates (electro motors). Due to a high temperature resistance, Stanyl® PA46 is UL1446 class H certified. Its creep resistance at elevated temperatures, high toughness levels, and good electrical insulation properties make it a cost-effective solution. Stanyl® PA46 offers good flowability and processability that enables thin wall designs, while Xytron™ PPS allows for super high long term temperature resistance.
