Applications

Medical Catheter

Industry
Healthcare
  • •} Material solutions that meet FDA food contact, USP Class VI, ISO 10993-5 & ISO 10993-10, and other industry standards
  • •} User friendly processing windows in extrusion and secondary assembly
  • •} Better snap back performance
  • •} Stiffness is independent of moisture absorption, so catheters perform the same in all humidity environments
}

Medical gowns

Industry
Healthcare
  • •} PFC-free
  • •} Does not rely on perforations to make garments breathable
  • •} Bio-based (nearly 70% is made from the tropical castor bean plant)
  • •} 100% recyclable
  • •} High breathability and 100% waterproof performance
}

Wound dressings

Industry
Healthcare
  • •} Best-in-class breathability with the highest MVTR on the market
  • •} Meets or exceeds American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) 1670/1671 standards
  • •} Excellent strength, flexibility and long-lasting soft touch and feel
  • •} Flow optimized for advanced extrusion
  • •} Absence of carcinogens, mutagens and reprotoxic (CMR) substances in compliance with new EU regulations
  • •} Superior chemical resistance that supports a broader range of adhesives in film strip designs
