Benefits
The Cylinder head cover has to seal the engine oil and air between the engine room and cylinder head. However, in the case of a 2wheel, they are often connected by 2 to 4 bolts where a rubber gasket is used. The rubber gasket has a high reaction force so flange of the cylinder head often leaks out between the cylinder head and the head cover.
